Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing and click "Cancel subscription." Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted. You can export your data at any time from Settings.
When am I charged?
After your 14-day free trial ends. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before the trial expires.
Can I change my email address?
Yes — go to Settings → Account and update your email. You will receive a confirmation link at the new address.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. Your data is stored in Supabase with daily automated backups and point-in-time recovery.
How do I send an invoice to a client?
Go to Invoices → New Invoice, fill in the details, and click "Send." Your client receives a payment link via email.
